Future Home Realty was founded in 2001 by Bob McDugald. A former high school math teacher and native of California, Bob has served real estate clients in the Florida community for over 20 years.

Leveraging her background and as a successful business owner, Stefani is known for outstanding client service who can manage well the complexities of real estate transactions. Available 24/7, she provides modern marketing techniques and personal touches, with her client’s best interest at heart. As a skilled negotiator, Stefani’s belief is that it is not only her duty to represent clients to the best of her ability but also to educate them in every step of the process. Armed with top notch information and market insight, her clients are able to make the best decisions possible. Stefani is honest, telling clients things they might not want to hear. Stefani works hard and is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry having industry partners and a number of seasoned Future Home Realty agents on her team. A proud measure of her success lies in the relationships cultivated as well as the repeat business and referrals she receives from satisfied customers.

Stefani is a member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors) and FAR (Florida Association of Realtors). She holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designations.

Stefani, in her spare time enjoys cooking, outdoor activities and entertaining friends and family. Stefani loves living in Wesley Chapel with her two beautiful boys and her husband who retired after 30 years of military service. With a Doctorate in Business Administration, her husband continues to serve as a professor with the Joint Special Operations University on MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa Florida.
